Marc Futterman, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board
Marc Futterman has more than 15 years of experience in combining the power of information, research, and planning to execute successful public sector initiatives. These include public libraries; transportation and pedestrian planning; real estate development and facilities management; consensus building processes; and livable communities, urban planning and economic development. Marc's extensive experience in applying geographic information systems (GIS) to the mix of problem-solving tools needed by communities forms the foundation of Civic Technologies.

Marc has held executive level positions at various architecture and urban planning firms including UCLA's prestigious Urban Innovations Group and Pereira Associates. In addition to GIS projects, Marc has a range and depth of executive and management experience in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects for public sector, private sector, and institutional clients worldwide. His creative approach combines a commitment to GIS applications with multi-disciplinary management skills and extensive knowledge of the challenges facing the public sector.

As a regular contributor to public interest organizations, Marc has been featured as a guest speaker at universities and conferences across the globe. He has been recognized with several prestigious awards for his work in GIS and urban design. Marc holds a Master of Philosophy in Urban Design and Regional Planning from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California.

Mayee Salgado, Vice President, Operations and Chief Technology Officer
Mayee Salgado is co-founder of Civic Technologies and leads the operational side of the company where she sets project direction and undertakes project management. As CTO, Mayee manages content development and the integration of technology applications, platforms, and information systems.

Mayee has over 10 years of experience in delivering customer-focused solutions utilizing her expertise in GIS, urban planning, and graphic and cartographic design. Prior to co-founding Civic Technologies, Mayee held design and management positions at Futterman & Associates, Inc., UCLA's prestigious Urban Innovations Group, and R.R. Payumo and Partners in the Philippines. Combining strong design sensibilities with penetrating analytical capabilities, Mayee has an essential role in developing the content and user-friendly interfaces that are the hallmark of Civic Technologies' products and services.

Mayee holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Philippines. In addition, she holds ESRI certification in various GIS disciplines.
