To subscribe or for more subscription information please contact Marc Futterman
by clicking here or call toll free (888) 606-7600.
Period > Each subscription is one year period. But, the first year is 15 months; three months are provided for FREE to get your staff up and running. The subscription starts from the day the service goes live. We notify you by email or phone on that day. Once we receive your check payment, it takes approximately five to seven business days to turn the service on.
Start up process > We provide a page on our web site to guide you through the start up process.
Population > The population of your library jurisdiction is the basis for your subscription.
Population is segmented as follows:
Tier 1: Less than 25,000 people
Tier 2: Between 25,001 and 250,000 people
Tier 3: More than 250,001 people
Geographic Coverage > The maximum geographical extent for the reports, data, and maps for your library's subscription is co-terminus with the Core Based Statistical Area (CBSA) of your library's jurisdiction.
Within the CBSA definition established by the Census Bureau and Office of Management and Budget your library is classified within one of the following:
- Metropolitan Statistical Area (Metro SA)
- Micropolitan Statistical Area (Micro SA)
- Rural area
In BusinessDecision the geographic extent for rural areas is the county boundary. For consortium/cooperative library subscriptions, the CBSA may be composed of multiple Metropolitan Statistical Areas, Micropolitan Statistical Areas, and or county boundaries.

for consortia, library information network, and state library subscriptions.
