CIVICTechnologies provides training for library staff as part of the subscription. Web conferencing is used for all areas outside of Southern California. In-person training outside of Southern California can be arranged.
Training includes in-depth information about registering users, logging on, navigation, making reports and maps, choosing which reports and maps are best to solve different business problems, retrieving reports and maps, and using data manuals.
Custom training sessions can be organized for business patrons.
